This is a rich and delectable cheesecake.  Each bite satisfies the sweet cravings and the creamy texture is to die for.

I was at the Cheesecake Factory when I ordered this for the first time.  They have a large amount of choices on their cheesecake menu but I had to try this one because of its true chocolate nature.  Every layer has chocolate.  Their menu described it to have layers of flourless chocolate cake, Godiva chocolate cheesecake and chocolate mousse.  I couldn’t pass it up so I ordered it.

It came to me with neat and pleasant plating.  There was a dollop of whipped cream on top with a special Godiva chocolate square in the middle.  The first bite was creamy, sweet, and a little crunchy from the crust.  The top layer had a fudgy texture, which went perfectly with the mousse, cheesecake, and crunchy layers.  Each bite was just as good even until the very last.  It is served in a pretty good-sized portion so finishing it for me was a stretch.  But it was delicious that I couldn’t leave the restaurant without finishing it first.  I didn’t want it to go to waste.

The Godiva square was a nice little token at the end and was a perfect ending to this cheesecake. The piece cost $7 I believe.  I also noticed that it is gluten free which will make many people happy to know that they could have cheesecake when dining out at this restaurant.

I also saw on the way out that you could order this whole in a 7 inch and 10 inch size.  It would be great for a birthday or any other celebration.  I have ordered this repeatedly from the Cheesecake Factory and sometimes I take extra pieces home with me.  They easily last a few days in the fridge.

I have no critique for this dessert.  It is portioned well.  The piece they serve is a generous size, like everything else they serve.  The price isn’t too bad for a fulfilling dessert like this.  It is absolutely delicious and I order every time I eat at the Cheesecake Factory.
