I really love this product. This blend of essential oils is great for when you feel frazzled, it helps to bring you back to center. When I use this first thing in the morning I have noticed that it helps me to focus and handle what the day hits me with. Bonus points for the roll-on part. Now I am not getting oil all over my hands or dripping it on the counter. This particular blend (Align) has Frankincense, Spruce, Rosewood and Blue Tansy. It is not an over powering smell, a problem I’ve encountered with some other oils. However, sometimes I wish it were a bit stronger, as I feel like it fades away after a few hours.
Word of caution though, make sure it is fully rubbed in or absorbed before putting clothing on (especially anything white). The Blue Tansy can leave a mark on clothing. I have been able to get it out in the wash though. All in all though I would give this a 9/10.
