I have had multiple different brands, as I take my pizza craft pretty seriously, and this one has been the best by far. I love the slide hand it has which makes moving around in the tight oven easy and quick. The quality of the aluminum is top tier, never warping or dinging during my use. 3 years later and I’m still using this thing with no issues. They are sold out on amazon currently, but they tend to restock fairly frequently. I highly recommend trying this peel set if you’re able to get your hands on it.
