The CCM Tacks 7092 aims to deliver a high quality shoulder pad, but not with an over the top price point. I purchased these for $130, and I can say they have to be some of my favorite shoulder pads I’ve ever worn. I got these around 2 years ago and I am still wearing them to this day, no wear down whatsoever. I personally do not like big, bulky shoulder pads, however I still want to feel protected. These are the perfect medium, offering protection where you need it but nothing extra to weigh you down. The mobility is also amazing on these due to them not being super big.

The only downside to these is if you are a player that prefers bulkier pads, which I know many players who do. Other than that I highly recommend these pads for all skill levels especially for its price.
