I am part of a hockey family and when playing hockey, recovery is everything. These were recommended in an article to really help with muscle recovery. They did seem to work a little, but not enough to keep buying them. We have since found much better products that contain some of these ingredients and more that work much better. Really, you should have enough vitamins and minerals in your body at any given time to recover if you are doing it right. However it is hard, so items like this make it a little easier. We do have some other reviews here that seem to work better like the beta alanine and even a good natural multi vitamin in order to aide in athletic recovery
