I had very high hopes when I first received this mat. It had great suction, as there were zero problems of it slipping around or starting to peel up. It comes in several colors, but I’m a big fan of the Clear so you don’t see it in the tub. It comes at a decent price ($20 on Amazon). I also liked how it was a larger size compared to other mats on the market, ensuring that whoever uses it has plenty of space.
However after a few days of use, I found that it easily stains. My daughter dyed her hair pink and when we washed it out it stained the mat pink. I also found that it grows mold/black build up if not scrubbed after every use and left upside down to dry. Not to mention it is difficult to clean with all of the suction cups and small crevices. Overall, if you’re willing to clean it often and don’t plan on getting it dirty, go for it. If not, I recommend looking at other options.
