This supplement from Gains in Bulk was underwhelming, as I had good hopes for these. I took these over the course of 30 days and I never truly felt like I got a good cleanse. It is hard to tell if any cleansing process actually took place, however it does market how it will help overcome a training plateau. I did not experience any help over my plateau after taking these.

The active ingredient seems to be zinc, and increasing your intake of zinc does not seem to have any additional positive effects if you are already getting your daily intake.

I did appreciate the convenience, the price point was reasonable, and shipping was fast, however overall I do not recommend these
