If you are in need for a new multi vitamin, this is a great one. These are whole-food based which is the best way to get your vitamins, versus a lot of extract and synthetic vitamins most others have. The only downside to these are, in my opinion, most people really shouldn’t be taking a multi vitamin, since you are most likely not in need of all of those vitamins and minerals every day. I personally get my blood checked once or twice a year to check for what I’m low in, and then I focus on those needed. I have learned that our bodies tend to hold on to things especially minerals and they can build up to cause damage.

However, I am the furthest from a doctor so this is just my opinion but if you need a multi like some do, this definitely the way to go, especially with the price of around $35 for a 4 months supply.
