For the price this is a decent bookshelf.

I picked this up to put in the kids playroom for some extra storage. So far it has worked out great.

I do have to say I would have liked a more solid wood book case, but have yet to find something I really like and would want to pay up for. This case is made of wood composite frame with a laminate finish.

I do like the 4 adjustable shelves. This allows me to put not only books but toys, DVDs and anything else.

I was not happy with the backing of this case though. It is made up of a thick cardboard like material. The reason I was not impressed with it is that if you don’t nail the really small nails in just right it will split the composite side and tear the backing.  Very frustrating.

At just under $70 you get what you pay for. For me this is just a temporary bookcase until I can find something more permanent.

I would defiantly recommend using the handy wall mount they provide, for more stability.
