I have been on the hunt for a good pro/prebiotic and this one is pretty awesome. I love that it comes in individual packets so it is easy to take on the go. The taste is great, love the blueberry lemonade, they also have a berry pomegranate. After taking this for about two weeks I feel my food digests better, I have more energy and just feel all around good.
Only reason I gave it a 9/10 was the price.
