I am constantly looking for better styling sprays.  I have tried many and it seems that there is always something I don’t like.  They either don’t hold well, they cost too much, the companies don’t give you enough ounces per bottle, or they plain smell bad.  This hairspray has been my favorite thus far.  I’ve had it for three weeks and I still love it.  It fulfills everything I need out of a hairspray.

One thing I don’t like about it is that it takes longer to dry than I would like.  Once sprayed onto hair, it doesn’t dry for about ten to fifteen seconds.  This isn’t long but it can be annoying if I am in a rush or trying to hurry.  It is also sticky during the drying process so I try not to touch my style until it is fully dried so that it doesn’t become ruined.

Although the dry time is longer than I’m used to, this hairspray has many more positives.  For one, I have received many compliments on the way it smells.  People think I’m wearing a coconut lotion and they like it.  Another upside is that it is very affordable at under $10 per bottle.  I purchased mine at Target on sale and got for even less at $8.  It has also lasted quite a while and has much more liquid in it. Lastly, it adds great styling texture.

It also had a nice surprise when I went to use it on a men’s style.  I held his hair in place then sprayed with the hairspray.  His hair usually requires several sprays to get it to stay, but this product only took one spray to work.  His hair stayed in place and also added a good styling texture similar to the effect of pomade. His style didn’t hold all day but it held for the first half of the day and I was perfectly happy with that.

This is a great hairspray, which I am excited about.  It can be tricky to use while drying but it holds well and the smell is enjoyable.
