As far as mattress covers go, this one is definitely appealing. I purchased it off of amazon for around $20, which is very easy on the wallet. It has deep pockets, which I never thought would be such a commodity. I really appreciate how it is breathable for hot sleepers, as I’ve found this to be a downfall of most low quality covers. It is also noiseless (no crunchy sounds when moving like the old school waterproof sheet protectors).

However it does have its downfalls. There is lots of annoying pilling, but nothing too difficult to clean up. After a few washes the fabric also starts to separate and stretch out. The packaging says waterproof….nope. From all my experiences the liquid soaks right thru. The bamboo pattern on the protector also shows through white sheets, something to be careful with for designing. Overall if you are looking for a lightweight mattress cover, this is definitely worth the try.
