For a little over the $100 price mark, this chair is great. It has eight adjustable heights and 3 reclining positions, making it adjustable for little ones of all sizes. It folds flat for storage which is very convenient, but easily falls if not supported so be weary. It has a dishwasher safe tray which is crucial in my opinion especially if you have a messy eater. Be careful with this one as the top one warped for me only after a few months of use.
However as most things do, this has its downsides. It is difficult to clean, especially the actual seat part. Despite what the description says the cover is not machine washable. It separates and starts to come undone. The little snack tray is honestly a waste in my opinion as its just small and dangerous. My kids have tried to use it as a leverage to get out of the highchair, or is some cases would throw it, so just be warned.
Overall if you are looking for a cost effective highchair, this one will not disappoint. I recommend.
