Pros – This stuff works really well to help reduce muscle soreness after workouts. I have tried a lot of things but first thing I found that you actually see a noticeable difference. I was able to workout the next day after a brutal leg workout.
Cons – I personally get a weird tingle under neath my skin but that is common similar to some vitamin B or Niacin reactions people get. Its not bad just weird if you don’t know whats coming
