This board is an essential in my kitchen. I wanted to upgrade my current plastic one to a good quality wood version, and this did not disappoint at all. The thickness and feel of the board proves its great wood quality. The non slip “feet” serve its purpose really well, as I have never had any problems with it slipping around while cutting. The grooves surrounding the outside ensure that the food stays on the board, however this only seems to work with finely chopped ingredients. The knife glides very smooth across the wood, ensuring accurate cuts.

The only negative I can think of about this is the fact it is wood and it can’t be used in the dishwasher. This is easily fixable by just hand washing, but if you are someone like me who uses the dishwasher religiously, it is a hassle. The pricing can also be scary to some, but this board will last you years. I’ve been using this for 3 years now and it is practically as good as new. I highly recommend.
