This game has to be one of the best party video games ever created. This was one of the most anticipated video game releases in the past few year, and it definitely has delivered. Super smash Bros. has always been known for being a game you can play with friends, and ultimate capitalizes on it making its online and local play features its star. The character selection is also amazing, as you unlock more characters the more you play, giving the player more incentive. However, even if you are just starting they give you a good amount of players to select from, allowing you to enjoy the full game from the get go.

My favorite feature has to be the tournament feature, as this with a couple friends leads to hours of fun, competitive gaming. Even if you aren’t the biggest fan of video games, you’re bound to fall in love with how easy it is to pick up. On the other hand, experienced gamers with love the challenge of mastering certain characters.

The only negative I could possibly think of is the character selection I mentioned earlier, as if you have a fresh game you need to unlock all the characters, which might be annoying to some. However I like this feature as it gives you a reason to keep playing. Overall I highly recommend this game, no matter if you plan on playing solo or with friends.
