I was very happy to get this for this past Christmas. Thought it could help me get into shape and track my steps. While the battery was long lasting and the device was able to be Bluetooth linked to my phone, I found it to be nuisance after a while. The product became loose and would fall off or get in the way. I also started to become obsessed with tracking my steps. If I didn’t hit my goal, I would randomly walk around the house. While that is not a bad thing to some, it became a obsession. It would consume me thru out the day. Again, some people may like that feature, I did not.

I also did not like that I would have to take it of anytime there was water involved. If i did the dishes, took a shower, ect.

For the price, look else ware.
