This is a great all natural formula for any type of muscle or joint issues. You do have to take quite a few capsules fairly often, but if you have a problem it really does help. We have used it for a lot of things like sprained ankles, achey joints, bruises etc. For every problem the recovery time is decreased tremendously. Especially works well when used topically with the ointment version as it allows you to target the specific muscle/joint. The price point is also not bad at all for what you’re getting, typically on sale but normally ~$20 for 100 capsules.

The only complaint I honestly have is the fact you have to take so many capsules so often, so remembering is the only issue. This is easily solved with the ointment however. Overall I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to natural heal any aches.
