Life extension makes really good supplements so its hard to go wrong with this. The vitamins it delivers allows for overall immune and muscle support, all in one convenient pill.
My only complaint with these multivitamins in particular is that it’s missing enzymes. A full Muti vitamin should have enzymes to be complete in aiding the entire body. There are luckily plenty of enzyme related vitamins on the market, it just makes the process of taking them a little more tedious. I have since switched to a multi that has a variety of digestive enzymes as well since I was taking them separately before. Other than that I highly recommend these multivitamins for anyone looking to keep their overall health in check.
