This enameled cast iron, is a fantastic piece of cookware.

I cannot say enough good things about this.  I use it almost on a daily basis and it has held up for about a year now.

My most favorite part is that it is dishwasher safe. Everything I have cooked in this has come out perfect. And I cook everything in it.

I was worried about the size when I purchased it. I thought it might be too big. I am so glad I got the 6 quart instead of the 4. I have made everything from soups to sauce and even roasted a chicken in it.

I highly, highly recommend this to everyone! There should be one of these in ever kitchen.

At around $120 it is expensive, but it lasts a long time. In my option, a good piece of cookware is worth it.
