I purchased this off of Amazon, and I’m no cheese press expert, but this thing works great. For the money you’re paying, this thing is as good as it gets. It allows for larger cheese wheels compared to other presses, but nothing too much to handle. They provide a good set of instructions, and while anything can be found on the internet these days, it helps seeing it straight from the manufacturer.

I have little to no complaints, apart from the fact they don’t carry this on Amazon anymore. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get into the homemade cheese making process, as it is very rewarding.
