If you are not using a foam roller regularly you are missing out. They are truly amazing, and this one is a great deal for the quality you are getting. I love how it’s smaller than other rollers out there, making it easier to travel with and store. It’s built like a tank, so I’m confident it will last forever. I really like the trigger point knob teeth on it. It gets right in the tough muscles and is like getting deep tissue massage. It takes some time to get used to the motions of rolling, but I highly recommend checking this one out. Your muscles will thank you.
