This is a very handy little tool for fixing quick muscle tightness. It’s small enough to travel with, which was the reason I bought it to begin with. Nothing worse than having tight muscles while traveling and you can’t do anything about it. I found this perfect for my son’s hockey tournaments, as between games it was a quick fix for soreness. You can use as much pressure as you want or don’t want and can pretty much reach everywhere you need. It’s built really strong and I see no signs of it ever breaking. I have no bad things to say about this, I highly recommend.
